The Mega Soaker hits market with a splash

Posted by waterplayAdmin on November 2, 2009

Kelowna BC, Canada - Form meets function and massive play value with Waterplay Solutions Corp.'s new Mega Soaker. This architecturally appealing tri-pod reaches nearly eighteen feet high, and dumps up to 90 gallons of water every 90 seconds on those daring enough to stand below.

“Over a year of research & development has gone into this product. We wanted to move away from the standard linear designs that are currently on offer and bring an aesthetically appealing product to the market,” explains Steven de Boer, Director of Design at Waterplay. “The lines are smooth, the dumping bucket and deflector plate are circular and all hardware is hidden. We are thrilled with the finished product,” adds de Boer. .

Upon closer inspection, there is no doubt that many hours have gone into the design of this product. In addition to the aesthetic appeal of the tri-pod design, it also increases the ease of installation and reduces the installation cost, when compared with competitor's products. The deflector plate is easily adjustable based on water effect preferences, while further customizations include graphics on the bucket and panel add-ons.

Where might a Mega Soaker be found? In an outdoor or indoor spray park, at a hotel or resort, and virtually any other place where play is considered. It's a great way to attract the older kids into your facility making it more family friendly.
