Position Overview:

Waterplay is looking for a determined, highly skilled marketing & communications coordinator to manage internal and outgoing communication, create content and collateral, and develop and implement engaging marketing campaigns across all mediums and channels with the goal of driving leads. All applicants must have an in-depth knowledge of B2B marketing best practices with proven campaign, analytic and lead management experience. Five years or more of experience developing and implementing marketing programs is preferred.

Position Overview:

Are you customer-focused, technically proficient and a good problem solver? The primary role of the Technical Service Representative (TSR) is to provide outstanding technical support for both Waterplay’s internal and external project stakeholders. A technical academic background in Mechanical or Civil Engineering and 3 to 5 years of related experience is preferred.

Position Overview:

Waterplay is seeking an enthusiastic, professional and motivated Landscape Architect or Landscape Architect Technologist to join our Customer Service Department. The successful candidate will possess a unique blend of technical and design aptitude, customer service expertise and strong communication skills. 3 to 5 years of related experience in an LA or LAT role is preferred.

Sales Operations Manager

Position Overview:

Are you detail-oriented, analytical and passionate about turning data-driven insights into action? The primary role of the Sales Operations Manager will be to continually analyze the sales pipeline and all sales and marketing activities in order to facilitate data-driven decisions for company leaders. Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as a bachelor or master’s degree in marketing, business or a related discipline with five years or more of relevant experience in a sales operations or marketing analytics position is preferred.
