Waterplay’s flow-through system delivers a low-maintenance, budget-friendly solution for splash pads using small volumes of water. Fresh, potable water flows through the play area and drains safely into municipal systems—no recirculation, no complex filtration.

  How it works:

  1. On-Demand Activation – Waterplayers interact with the activator, which triggers the controller to start the flow of water! 

  1. Controller & Manifold – The smartPLAY™ controller & manifold work together to route the water to the play features 

  1. Water Flows – Potable municipal water is pumped directly to the splash pad’s play area through a network of pipes.  

  1. Drain – The drain leads the water away from the play space and filters large debris.  

  1. Back to Municipal Wastewater System – Water is reintroduced into the municipal infrastructure via sanitary and storm drain systems.

The Eco Activator is designed for low-flow splash pads and compact sites. This all-in-one, flush-to-grade system includes an activator, manifold, and controller—everything you need in one efficient package.

With six upgraded outlets, it powers multiple spray features while saving space and water. It’s the perfect solution for sites with limited infrastructure or tight footprints.
